This Refund Policy applies to all diagnostic services provided by SVL Pathology Lab, located at Balaji Enclave, Behind Yes Bank, Near Santosh Hospital, Zirakpur, Punjab 140603.

1. General Policy

SVL Pathology Lab strives to deliver accurate and reliable diagnostic services. Since pathology tests involve consumables, reagents, and professional time, payments once made are generally non-refundable.

2. Eligibility for Refund

A refund may be considered only under the following circumstances:

• Test not conducted due to technical or operational reasons from our side.

• Duplicate payment made by the patient for the same test or service.

• Sample rejected due to lab-related error where re-collection is not possible.

In such cases, the refund amount (if approved) will be processed after due verification.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• Tests already performed or reports already generated.

• Incorrect test booked by the patient or referring doctor.

• Delay in reporting due to unavoidable circumstances communicated in advance.

• Change of mind or cancellation after sample collection.

4. Refund Process

• All refund requests must be made within 24 hours of payment.

• Requests should be sent via email to admin@svlpathologylabs.com or reported at the lab counter.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original mode of payment.
